Kokology ^^

Kokology... --Any one heard that before?If you haven't, this is what it means. _It is derived from the japanese word Kokoro which means mind or spirit affixed with the word -logy which we all know is derived from the word -logos which mean study. So it means it is the study of the human spirit. It is like a psychological game in which the player's answers reflects on their spirit or simply put it's a game of self-discovery. ---This is the study pioneered by Tadahiko Nagao and Isamu Saito,both professors at Rissho and Waseda Universities in Japan. They also published a series of books under the same name. It contains a series of quizzes that will lead you to discover your attitudes towards love,life,work,family and sex. And it often provide interesting and hilarious results to seemingly innocent questions. ----And true enough, when I bought a copy of it, it instantly became a hit with my friends. I am a writer. A frustrated one. I know, alot of people are. I'm just one of the millions out there who aspires to be a legitimate one. One who have books published and translated all over the world. One who had books lined up to be bestsellers in every release. One who had books turned into blockbuster movies. One who inspires others to write as well. One who can change other people's lives through their words. Alas, if only I could organize my thoughts turn them into beautiful poems or make them an intricate work of art, maybe I could be like my favorite authors. Brilliant and inspiring. ---I know, they too, didn't have it easy. They didn't conjure the story like magic. They too had what inspired them. They researched, they too suffered from writer's block. They too, like me, have to start from scratch. That way, you’ll never have to fear an unanticipated blow.” — Paulo    Coelho …and thus  “follow your heart,it’s always right”  saying comes to mind…Following our heart’s desire sounds easy right?but on the other hand actually doing it is alot more complicated than it seems… Why…? …because there are a lot of things to be taken into consideration. Is it morally acceptable? Will it really make me happy? What will the others say? Will it be easy?What if it’s not what i really want?  and all the other what if’s and will it’s… Following our heart is always contradicted by society’s moral standards. Of what is morally wrong or right,or is it immoral…How will it affect others around us. Say,for arguments sake, you’re a closet gay. You wanted to be out and let people know your preference. Let’s admit it, being gay is still not totally accepted by the masses,although it might not be an issue
